onix.utils.plot_matrix_bysign_from_compressed_matrix(path, step, cell)[source]

Plots the transmuation matrix for a given BUCell at a given macrostep. Negative elements are in black while positive elements are in red.

Parameters

  • path (str) – Path to the simulation’s directory

  • step (int) – Macrostep number

  • cell (str) – Name of the BUCell
